Hi, I'm Rajvinder

Rajvinder is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP), and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).

As a gender-expansive psychotherapist and a member of the BIPOC community, I am dedicated to fostering healing and growth through an anti-oppressive lens that examines the intersections of identity and the impact of system oppression on mental health. My therapeutic approach integrates relational-cultural, somatic, and mindfulness-based therapies to empower individuals on their journey of self-discovery and healing.

I believe in creating a compassionate and non-judgmental space where clients can explore and affirm their identities. Through our work together, I aim to support clients in developing tools for self-regulation, navigating past wounds, and cultivating a deeper relationship with themselves and others.

My practice is grounded in the understanding that our identities are multifaceted and influenced by social, cultural, and personal contexts. By honoring these complexities, I strive to co-create a therapeutic alliance that values authenticity, empathy, and collaboration.

Whether you are seeking support for personal growth, healing from trauma, or navigating life transitions, I am committed to walking alongside you on your path towards greater well-being and self-acceptance.

Let’s embark on this journey together, where healing and transformation are nurtured through understanding, connection, and resilience.
